Intussen hebben we tot vervelens toe kunnen vernemen, dat facturatie van business to business vanaf 1 januari moet gebeuren via Peppol. Electronisch dus.

Om die reden moeten we zakelijke klanten verzoeken om hiermee rekening te houden:

• maak een account aan op naam van uw zaak, met vermelding van uw BTW-nummer alvorens te bieden
• koopt u privé, maak dan een aparte privé-account aan
• koopt u in de zaal, met koopopdracht of telefonisch, vermeld dan bij het binnenkomen of bij het opstellen van uw koopopdracht uw zakelijke gegevens en uw BTW-nummer.

Vermits vanaf januari alle aankoopfacturen uit het boekhoudprogramma moeten komen gaan veranderingen achgeraf een hele rompslomp met zich meebrengen, waar we liever niet aan beginnen. De juiste gegevens zijn dus primordiaal.

De goede oude kopersafrekeningen krijgt u natuurlijk nog steeds in pdf. In geval van nood kan u die natuurlijk nog steeds boeken, er is immers toch geen aftrekbare BTW mee gemoeid. En denk erom: wij verzinnen die dingen niet…
