Als u die niet direct ziet staan, ga dan ook in uw spam kijken, want nogal wat e-mailprogramma’s gedragen zich op spamgebied nogal irrationeel! Het weekend van 25 en 26 juni hebben we dus tentoonstelling van 11 tot 18 uur. Maar er is meer: Mortsel viert feest. Dat zal vooral plaatsvinden in de Statielei. Een kans misschien om na uw bezoek aan onze tentoonstelling ook eens een kijkje te nemen in de voornaamste winkelstraat van de stad. Misschien ook niet onbelangrijk: in het Fort van Mortsel is er vanaf tien uur ‘s morgens een zomerbar, je kan er van bij ons naartoe wandelen langs het water. We zijn intussen zonder problemen bereikbaar: gebruik de Krijgsbaan (R11) naar Heirbaan en Drabstraat, als u van het westen, het zuiden of het noorden komt, gebruik de Liersesteenweg, kruispunt Drabstraat als u van de Lierse kant komt.

Donc notre expo a lieu le weekend des 25 et 27 juin de 11 à 18 h. En plus Mortsel sera en fête. Cette fête se déroulera surtout dans la Statielei, la plus importante rue à shoppin de la ville. Une chance pour vous de faire la connaissance. Peut-être en combinaison avec une visite au Zomerbar dans le fort de Mortsel. Une agréable petite promenade de chez nous, au bord de l’eau. Entretemps il n’y a aucun problème d’atteindre notre salle. Par la R11 vous arrivez à la Heirbaan, puis Drabstraat. Venant de la direction de la région de Lierre, vous venez par la Liersesteenweg et prenez la Drabstraat à droite.

Everybody knows now that we are having our viewing on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 June from 11 till 6. But there’s more. This weekend Mortsel organises a street festival in the main shopping street Statielei. Maybe a chance to learn to know our little town. And there is a Summer Bar in the Fortress of Mortsel as well, you might like to enjoy a little walk under the trees at the waterside to check it out. Meanwhile there is no problem to reach us: via the R11, Heirbaan and Drabstraat or, coming from the Lier region via the Liersesteenweg, taking the Drabstraat to the right.

Als u het nog niet gemerkt zou hebben: ook van àlle wijnloten staat er nu een foto op de website. U kan die zelfs twee en drie keer vergroten, zodat u een heel goed beeld hebt van niveaus, capsules en etiketten. Kijk zelf even (als u dat al niet meteen gedaan hebt). Klik op “wijnveiling van 30 juni” op de voorpagina en klik daarna op de foto’s (nog een keer om te vergroten en nog een keer op het dubbele pijltje linksbovenaan de foto). U kan uw maximum biedingen doorgeven via de website (u weet: koopopdrachten worden behandeld alsof u er zelf bij was, we bieden in uw plaats tot ten hoogste het bod dat u plaatst, u kan dus best geluk hebben en aan een lagere prijs kopen dan wat u geboden hebt). U kan natuurlijk ook gewoon een koopopdracht invullen ter plaatse, nadat u de wijnen in het echt hebt bekeken of ons daarna een mailtje sturen met uw biedingen. Net zoals voor de antiekveiling.

If you did not yet notice: there’s now a photo on the website of every wine lot in the sale. You can zoom in two or three times to have a detailed look at levels, capsules and labels. Have a look: click on “wijnveiling van 30 juni” on the front page, after that click on the photo you want to examine (to enlarge click again, and then click on the small double arrow on the top left to get a really huge picture). You can leave your maximum bids through the website (you know: absentee bids are treated as if you were there yourself, we bid in your place until there’s nobody against you any more and if you are lucky you’ll buy at a lower price than your bid). Of course you can leave a written absentee bid during the viewing or you can send your bids in an e-mail. Exactly the same way as in the antiques auction.

Si vous ne l’avez pas encore remarqué: à partir de maintenant il y a une photo de chaque lot de vins dans la vente aux enchères. Vous pouvez agrandir chaque photo deux ou trois fois, afin de regarder en détail les niveaux, les capsules et les étiquettes. Regardez vous-même: cliquez sur “wijnveiling van 30 juni” sur la page de début, puis cliquez la photo que vous désirez examiner, encore une fois pour l’agrandir et finalement sur la petite flèche double en haut à gauche pour une photo vraiment énorme. Comme pour les antiquités, vous pouvez laisser in ordre d’achat via le site. Nous traitons les ordres d’achat comme si vous étiez dans la salle, suivant l’enchères jusqu’au point où il n’y a plus d’autres enchéreurs. Avec un peu de change vous achèterez bien en dessous de votre offre maximum. Bien sûr vous pouvez toujours laisser un ordre d’achat par écrit pendant l’expo ou bien par courriel après votre visite.

• De catalogus van de veilingen van 24 en 25 mei is bijna afgewerkt. Morgen donderdag verschijnen de laatste loten en de geredigeerde omschrijvingen en schattingsprijzen. Inmiddels maken we hier ook al graag melding van het feit dat al ruim 3000 flessen zijn binnengekomen voor de wijnveiling van 30 juni. Die zal plaatsvinden, aansluitend met de antiekveiling van 28 en 29 juni. En voor die veiling lopen de verzoeken tot het veilen van diverse inboedels alweer binnen. Het zal dus nog behoorlijk druk worden in de Drabstraat, alvorens we in juli voor een paar weken zullen sluiten…
• Le catalogue des ventes des 24 et 25 mai est prèsque achevé. Demain, jeudi, les derniers lots, descriptions et estimation paraîtreront sur le site. Entretemps nous pouvons déjà annoncer que plus de 3000 bouteilles de grands vins ont entré pour la vente de vins fins du 30 juin, qui suivra les ventes d’antiquités du 28 et 29 juin. Pour ces derniers les demandes de ventes de mobilier entrent sans cesse… Beaucoup à faire donc dans la Drabstraat, avant de fermer quelques semaines pour les vacances en juillet…

Meanwhile it may be interesting to know that already more than 3000 bottles of fine wines came in for the wine auction of June 30th, which shall follow the antiques auctions of June 28th and 29th. And for those to the demands from several estates to auction their items pour in ceaselessly… There will be a lot to do before we close for our yearly holidays in July…
